Hi guys been out to a job i did 5 weeks ago to look at carpet and do a tad of snagging, its 900m2 of wilton, does this look like a fault or pile reversal.? since pile reversal isn't considered a fault is the cliet stuck with this?. check out pics please lot of feedback please too... cheers

Funnily enough I supplied a 'luxury' wilton to a customer last year which is now subject of a customer complaint. Whether its pile reversal or not it looks pants and it makes us look bad if we try to explain its not a fault .
